I was born and raised in Spokane and have always loved exercise. Even more, I’ve loved helping others achieve their fitness goals. Whether it’s training for a serious race, conquering a mountain, or just getting toned and back into shape, I can help.
I have been certified by American Council on Exercise in both group fitness and personal training since 1996. My passion is running and have completed MANY half marathons, several full marathons (including Boston) duathlons and one half Ironman.
